From obesity to a healthier me

Hello, everyone! My name is Ann, and today I want to share with you a personal weight loss journey that has transformed my life in ways I never imagined possible. It’s a journey that began five years ago when I was facing a serious health challenge – obesity. Fast forward to 2021, and I discovered a remarkable ally in my quest for a healthier life: NMN, or Nicotinamide Mononucleotide.

A weighty beginning

Five years ago, I found myself in a place I never thought I would be – struggling with obesity. It wasn’t easy, and it took a toll on both my physical and emotional well-being. I knew I had to make a change, but I wasn’t sure where to start. To be honest, I found myself stress eating which added more to my weight. I had no self-esteem at that point.

My turning point

Later in 2020, I was diagnosed with arthritis, and my doctor highly warned me of my weight. I started with water aerobics, which made me more flexible and, combined it with intermittent fasting. One of the supplements I added to my daily drugs was catis forte, which made movement much easier as time went forward, and I could now go to the gym, for normal aerobics.

My transformation and encounter with NMN

If you have tried losing weight at 40, you know how hard it gets. I was getting healthier but the scale was so slow to reduce my weight. At this point, I was getting so tired physically and also worn down emotionally. Coincidentally, my sister who had introduced the joint supplement to me, informed me of this new product, NMN. She pointed out how at 50, she had the energy of a 20-year-old (probably an exaggeration but trust my sister to tell a good story ). She also pointed out how she began losing weight faster and feeling fuller for longer.

I quickly went to youtube to know more, coz I needed to be sure this was not another weight loss fad going around the internet. I saw a couple of videos on youtube by Dr. Sinclair, who explained the various benefits of NMN on age and I was sold. Fast forward to today, I have never regretted my purchase. I usually take 3 months break, after 3 months consumption, just to avoid over reliance on the supplement but I was assured there is no side effects even if I took continuously.

The power of patience and consistency

One of the most crucial lessons I’ve learned on this journey is the importance of patience and consistency. Weight loss is not an overnight process, and NMN is not a magical solution. It’s a supplement that works gradually, improving cellular function and promoting overall health.

Month by month, I saw incredible changes. My weight loss was steady and noticeable, but it wasn’t just about the numbers on the scale. I felt more energetic, healthier, and happier. My skin looked better, and I had a newfound vitality that I hadn’t felt in years.
